difference of self-efficacy with efficacy and compare them with each other.

the self-efficacy more strong. The research shows that the person with a
stronger self-efficacy has more capacity to gain desire or requirements that he/she
seek to. The research also shows the methods to develop the self-efficacy and
help in building self belief and motivate our self. The factors which can
contribute in adding up the capacity in an individual are also defined in the
research. In overall the research is focused to help an individual to develop
the self-belief, willing power, capacity, motivate and make believe them that
they are capable to develop self-efficacy within themselves.
