Social efficiency is based on the fact that everyone (overall) in society will benefit from more experienced workers, so we must require all students to be involved and we must offer them more types of practical study, for then everyone in the future will benefit at the same expense.Social mobility is based on the belief of an individual, in which education is unequally distributed, and in the future will provide a social advantage to that individual so they may be at the top of their other competitors in the social aspect of society. It is noted that all three of these goals, all different, are however set to establish a working and functional societyHowever, their differences come from the type of people who would be adopting this sort of educational formSocial efficiency is centered around the thought of making the school curriculum more responsive to job needsOne of the main beliefs is that eventually students are going to leave schools and they move on to go into the job field, so ultimately, they are becoming part of the workforce.
