Risk Management PlanThe approach for managing risks for the Meditrack Project is a process by which we identify, score and rank various risks for the project. We have identified mitigation strategy and in order to implement that, we will make an effort to identify any risks of the project in advance. Taking early action to reduce the probability or impact of a risk occurring on the project is more effective then taking action after the risk has occurred. Some mitigation actions we can take is to adopt less complex processes for example designing redundancy into our system so that it will reduce the impact from any failure. Another action we can take is to conduct more tests on the systems to ensure nothing is wrong and also to prevent any future problems that might occur. Upon the completion of the project, during the closing process, the project manager will analyze each risk as well as the risk management process. Based on this analysis, the project manager will identify any improvements that can be made to the risk management process for future projects. These improvements will be captured as part of the lessons learned knowledge base.Staffing Management PlanOur Meditrack Project consist of a matrix structure that has support from internal organizations such as Temasek Polytechnic and Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.
