Theevent team should understand the context of risk and also the expectations ofthe stakeholders such as other event plans. In addition, they must be able tounderstand the risks of each unique event. The risks are identified andanalysed. Then, the action necessary to mitigate the risk is decided. The riskregister is formed by the analysis and the description of the risk. From thiscritical task, it is formed part of the event plans.
When the event occurs, thewhole process is evaluated and used to improved and implement the next riskmanagement process. These steps are used to identify any risks may happen:1. UnderstandingcontextAsit is an end of year party, the event manager should know how to managedifferent categories of people as family members are also invited.
